Leg flares, or boot toppers, have long been a staple of bellydancers, hula hoopers, and burlesque performers. They add extra flash and movement to a dancer's movements. These sheer leg flares add a bit of "conceal and reveal" to your dancewear. Black sheer mesh and white lace combine to give a slightly military look to these flares. The flares are held onto the leg by 3-inch wide woven elastic bands at the top of the garment.
