Leg flares, or boot toppers, have long been a staple of bellydancers, hula hoopers, and burlesque performers. They add extra flash and movement to a dancer's movements. These lacy leg flares add a little sweet romance to your dancewear. Black and white lace combine with faux boning seams to create a delicate, corset-like look to these flares. The flares are held onto the leg by 3-inch wide woven elastic bands at the top of the garment.
