A: This 1.8” (48 mm) diameter stopwatch-style ceramic watch face has marks up to 300 seconds on the outer ring of the dial. The center of the dial reads “CENTRE SECONDS CHRONOGRAPH.” The time is marked with Roman numerals, and the ceramic has minor fractures between the I and II.
B: This 1.75” (44 mm) diameter ceramic watch face has 60 minutes marked along the outer ring of the dial. The ceramic is chipped and missing in a few places, and the copper base of the dial shows through. There is a smaller, inset 60-second dial near the bottom of the watch face. The center of the dial reads “Seth Thomas,” and a “SWISS” stamp appears on the back. The time is marked with Arabic numerals.
C: This 1.75” (44 mm) diameter ceramic watch face marks time with Roman numerals, and there is a smaller, inset 60-second dial near the bottom of the watch face, which is crossed by a slight fracture. Chips of ceramic are missing from between the VI and the VII at the bottom of the dial.
D: This 1.75” (44 mm) diameter ceramic watch face marks time with Roman numerals, and there is a smaller, inset 60-second dial near the bottom of the watch face. The brass base is engraved with something illegible on the back. A hairline fracture crosses the face near the I and II.
E: This 2” (51 mm) ceramic watch face reads “Railway Time Keeper, M.J. Tobias, Liverpool” across the center and marks time with Roman numerals. There is a smaller, inset 60-second dial near the bottom of the watch face. The copper base shows through the ceramic where the II used to be, and some hairline fractures cross the face.
F: This 1.8” (47 mm) diameter ceramic watch face marks time with Roman numerals. A hairline fracture crosses the face from the IX to the I.
G: This 1.8” (46 mm) diameter ceramic watch face marks time with Roman numerals, and there is a smaller, inset 60-second dial near the bottom of the watch face. A hairline fracture crosses the face from the second dial to the III.
H: This 1.75” (45 mm) diameter ceramic watch face marks time with Roman numerals, and there is a hole near the bottom of the watch face where the inset 60-second dial has been removed. The brass foundation of the watch face shows through the hole and around the outer edges.
K: This 1.8” (48 mm) diameter stopwatch-style ceramic watch face has marks up to 300 seconds on the outer ring of the dial. The time is marked with Roman numerals, and the ceramic has several chips in the ceramic where the copper base shows through, and there are minor fractures near the VIII and II.
