Hello, Kitty!!! Although it is totally not steampunk, we sampled this item because we thought it was just so darn cute! The corseted top has a hidden side zipper, and the elasticized back panel and ribbon lacing allow for a perfect fit. The skirt is divided in the front and would be perfect with a petticoat (sold separately) or lacy pettipants (sold separately).
